Chess Tournaments are back!

GP1	December 10	12:00 to 5:00	OCC qualifier 1	CMA rated
GP2	January 7	12:00 to 5:00	OCC qualifier 2	CMA rated
GP3	February 18	12:00 to 5:00	CYCC qualifier 1	CFC quick rated
GP4	May 13	12:00 to 5:00	CYCC qualifier 2	CFC quick rated

In 2022-2023, there are 4 tournaments in our Grand Prix series, and a player can play and win in any number of these 4 tournaments..

The best 3 tournament scores will be used for the computation of the Grand Prix results.

~$3000 for the Grand Prix winners estimated! ($3585 in 2019)

~ Free OCC entries! (GP2)

~Best Sibling Teams (GP3)

~Best Mini School Teams (GP4)

Registration is now closed.

For players going to CYCC 2019 or any other national and international tournament in the summer, this is an excellent warm up tournament.
For players who haven’t qualified yet, this is the last minute opportunity.*
For players not going to CYCC, this is your mock CYCC.

Players achieving a score of 2.5 or better in this tournament will qualify to participate in the CYCC 2019. If you are here to qualify for the CYCC, no requested bye is allowed.
