Canadian Youth Chess Championship is a national age group tournament sponsored by Chess Federation of Canada. (Information will be posted later.)
CYCC is a pathway to all international youth chess competitions that determines official representatives for the World Youth Chess Championship (WYCC), the World Cadets Chess Championship, the Pan American Youth Chess Championship and the North American Youth Chess Championship and more.
Your journey start at the NYYCC (or any other YCC)
North York Youth Chess Championship (NYYCC)
Seneca Hill runs some NYYCC every year. Each single tournament is a CYCC qualifier. Players achieving a score of 2.5 or better in any one tournament will qualify to participate in the CYCC.
